ABSOLUTLAND
Our ProductionFrom orchard to packaging
How we work
Production
Absolutland has its own land for production but collaborates with other fruit growers in the west, having these monitoring and advice by the company’s technical team, thus managing the orchards according to the principles of Integrated Production.
Harvest takes place between July and September.
Storage
After harvesting, the fruit is stored in suitable refrigeration chambers, in a controlled atmosphere.
These chambers are in Absolutland’s own facilities, thus being able to guarantee the stability of the storage and the quality of the production.
Packaging
The fruit is removed from the cold rooms and goes through the packaging process:
- is immersed in a water tank to remove dust and other impurities
- passes through a caliper that separates it by size.

Packaging
It is the calibrator itself that, in the previous step, separates by size: the employee is responsible for placing the fruit in the respective boxes.
Then, just label and place the fruit on the trucks, ready to distribute to the whole world.

The riches of Portugal
It is with great respect for Nature and for the riches that the soil produces that Absolutland works every day to bring the best quality to its customers.
In addition to respect for the environment, there is a family atmosphere in its work teams, and the rules of hygiene and safety at work are scrupulously followed.
Whether it’s the Rocha pear PDO or the gala apple, our customers trust that our fruit will meet the highest quality standards.
Only the best for the best fruit.
